Create safe and supportive environments for children and youth. Provide trauma-informed, relationship-based care in therapeutic group homes and/or outreach contexts. Work collaboratively in a Yukon First Nation cultural context. Remain calm and focused during crisis and support clients with high physical and emotional needs. Support clients who may present with challenging adaptive behaviours and/or complex care needs. Work toward individualized goals with clients through recreational, vocational, life skills, daily living, or educational programs. Provide care and support in a home-like or 24/7 living environment.
