Order required office supplies, place and receive orders, and maintain complete inventory. Send and receive couriers; stamp and mail outgoing correspondence; deliver mail to the post box daily. Establish and maintain a comprehensive office filing system for reference materials, reports, and documents. Maintain a working knowledge of current residents and assist residents as needed.
