The Registered Practical Nurse will conduct community visits to assess patient needs and execute personalized care plans. They are responsible for maintaining professional patient records and ensuring safe, ethical nursing care within their scope of practice.
This is a replacement position. In this clinic nursing role, you as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) you will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable. 8am-8pm, incudes alternating weekends at our Guelph Clinic.
