The Clinic Nurse will assess patient needs and execute individualized care plans in both clinic and home settings. They are responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and building collaborative, trusting relationships with patients of all ages.

Job Description

This is a replacement vacancy. In this role, as a Clinic Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled appointments to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. Shifts are from 8am to 8pm on weekdays and alternating weekends at our Guelph clinic.
