The Clerk 2 provides essential administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the forensic units. This role involves managing reception duties, data entry, staffing coordination, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring compliance with privacy standards.

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Clerk 2 for the Women’s General Forensic Unit and the Forensic Brief Assessment unit. Reporting to the Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative duties and working collaboratively with the interprofessional teams.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Secondary School diploma and at least six months of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, interprofessional environment are required.
