Market context

Ontario RPN/LPN roles stay in steady demand

In Ontario, RPN/LPN roles are commonly in demand across clinics, long-term care, home care, and community settings, especially where employers need nurses who can work independently and travel between sites. These positions are competitive because current registration, CPR, a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, and vulnerable sector screening can narrow the applicant pool. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your documents and screening are ready before applying.
