We are hiring an Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our growing team in a unique, high-impact role supporting family physicians. This position is working 33.75 hours per week. This position is ideal for an RPN who enjoy working at full scope in a primarily administrative, non-procedural nursing role focused on clinical workflows and patient care management. You will provide high-volume clinical administrative support through EMR-based workflows, contributing directly to patient care by managing results, supporting clinical decisions, and improving care coordination.
In this role, you will focus on inbox management, results follow-up, medication renewals, and chart optimization - helping physicians work more efficiently while ensuring patients receive timely, proactive care.
