Position Summary

East Kootenay Regional Hospital, located in Cranbrook, BC, is hiring a permanent, part-time (0.47 FTE) Physiotherapist. Days of work: Mondays and Tuesdays; includes 1 in 6 weekends Shift times: 08:30 to 16:30

About the Job Acute care coverage will include the medical, surgical and ICU units as well as covering in the Emergency Department as needed. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, utilizing your expertise conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans and providing education to clients and caregivers. You'll play a vital role in promoting functional independence and enhancing overall well-being. You’ll provide direction to Rehabilitation Assistants, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of care within the rehabilitation team. East Kootenay Regional Hospital is a vital healthcare facility in Cranbrook, B.C, serving the East Kootenay region. The hospital offers a wide range of services, including emergency care, inpatient and surgical services, diagnostic imaging, rehabilitation, mental health care, and maternity services.
