The hourly rate range for this position is $22.89 to $25.28 per hour.

What you will do
As a caring and responsible healthcare team member, you will support clients in maintaining their safety and independence in their homes, helping them to live their best lives. You will provide personal care to clients in their home, and may assist them in mobilizing and perform light exercises. You will act at all times with the client and their family at the heart of all you do, observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in their condition to your Manager/Supervisor. You may be required to perform light housekeeping tasks as indicated in client care plans.

Candidates must hold a Personal Support Worker certificate or an equivalent healthcare qualification. A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening and the ability to travel between client homes are required.
