About the role

The incumbent performs secretarial and administrative duties to support timely access to mental health and addiction services. They work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure efficient operations in a high-volume clinical environment.

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the incumbent will be a member of the team and will work in a high volume and fast paced environment. The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of secretarial and administrative duties to support timely access to care for individuals seeking mental health and addiction services.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an office administration diploma or equivalent experience and at least two years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and communication skills are required.
