Liverpool is a beautiful oceanside town in the South Shore of Nova Scotia, supported by a close group of family doctors providing full-scope primary care services. The clinic provides appointments for people who have an immediate health care need that requires care. Patients can make an appointment with a healthcare provider at the clinic while they continue to remain on the registry to find a family practice. This clinic is collaborative in nature and will consist of family physicians, nurse practitioners, family practice nurses, care team assistant, social worker and pharmacist. It is managed by Nova Scotia Health with administrative support and is fully integrated on a Med Access.
