Supervise clerical workflow and activities for three (3) to ten (10) designated staff within Medical Imaging.
Schedule and coordinate staff and provide relief coverage.
Monitor operations to ensure department standards and safety procedures are followed.
Conduct performance evaluations and support orientation/training and staff selection input.
Develop and revise operating methods, procedures, and work systems for the assigned area.
Monitor clerical relief needs and ensure they meet budgetary restrictions.

Troubleshoot Hospital and Radiology Information Systems and provide input into user procedures.
Perform patient registration and appointment scheduling and related clerical functions.

Maintain stationery supply levels and complete store requisitions.
Set up and maintain departmental filing systems and bring-forward systems.
Carry out responsibilities in accordance with health and safety requirements
Grade 12 and three years' recent related experience.
Including one year in a supervisory capacity (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
Ability to keyboard at 40 wpm.
Ability to supervise.
