Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Nurse 2.
Current BCLS certification 3.
Physical Assessment Course 4.
Recent (3 years) experience pediatric and adult surgical skills 5.
Recent experience in assessing pediatric and adult heart and lung sounds 6.
Demonstrated recent expertise in pediatric and adult intravenous and venipuncture skills 7.
Evidence of a commitment to ongoing continuing education 8.
Evidence of self-directed practice
Candidates must hold a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and BCLS certification. Applicants are required to have recent experience in pediatric and adult surgical skills, intravenous/venipuncture techniques, and physical assessment.
