Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) program is required.
Proven venipuncture experience (fast-paced health care setting preferred/bonus).
Confidence working with digital lab systems.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Ongoing learning commitment including reconciliation, cultural safety, and anti-racism in health care.
