The successful candidate will provide aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments while building long-term patient relationships in a professional and supportive environment.
Administer injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injections while following proper protocols and safety guidelines. Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans including injectables, skincare products, and other treatment modalities. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, post-care instructions, and maintenance plans. Pre-book clients for future treatments and follow-up appointments. Build customer loyalty through exceptional patient care, post-treatment follow-ups, and appropriate homecare recommendations. Monitor and support patients during and after procedures to ensure comfort, safety, and optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation, consent forms, treatment records, and post-treatment tracking. Attend ongoing training sessions and stay current on industry trends, new techniques, treatments, and product knowledge to ensure the highest standard of care. Set up, clean, sanitize, and maintain a sterile and organized procedure room while adhering to all clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Learn and perform new treatments and procedures as required. Assist with clinic goals, promotional initiatives, and treatment conversion opportunities. Capture standardized before-and-after patient photographs in accordance with clinic protocols.
