MDSearch is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with medical aesthetics experience to join a well-established aesthetic clinic in Edmonton. This position is suited for an experienced NP who can operate with a high degree of clinical autonomy in medical aesthetics, delivering injectable treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures within scope while maintaining a strong focus on safety, outcomes, and patient experience. Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments and advanced medical aesthetic procedures within NP scope Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinic protocols Prescribe and manage treatment plans where applicable Integrate complementary treatments such as energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based care across all procedures Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photography, and patient records Provide follow-up care to support outcomes, retention, and continuity of treatment Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes Collaborate with physicians and clinic teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices in aesthetic medicine
