• Provide individual and group therapy/treatment using the principles of women’s centred health care and draw upon recognized psychotherapy models including cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed therapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and acceptance commitment therapy, and crisis management Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, as required. Qualifications

Current registration in good standing with a regulated professional college (Social Worker, Psychotherapist or Occupational Therapist) required Master degree in a mental-health related discipline required Three years of clinical mental health experience required, preferably in a hospital setting Experience delivering a mental health day treatment program Demonstrated experience with a variety of psychotherapies including cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal psychotherapy, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed therapy, brief psychodynamic therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy and acceptance commitment therapy, and crisis management Experience in individual and group therapy Experience with offering a day treatment intervention Comfort and experience in participating in peer supervision Knowledge of appropriate community resources related to this patient population Ability to work independently and manage complex and high-acuity mental health patients Excellent time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Exceptional written/verbal communication skills Proven attendance and punctuality.
