Why this role is significant As a Registered Massage Therapist, you are central to the guest experience at the spa. Your work supports not only physical relief, but emotional regulation and overall wellbeing. Each treatment is an opportunity to create calm, restore balance, and leave a lasting positive impression. This role requires presence, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to guest care. You will work closely with other practitioners and spa leadership to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects our holistic philosophy and service standards. What you’ll do

  • Educate guests on self-care practices and, where appropriate, home care recommendations
  • Maintain accurate treatment notes and guest preferences
  • Work collaboratively with spa practitioners, coordinators, and leadership
  • Maintain treatment rooms to spa standards, paying attention to cleanliness, setup, and flow
  • Support service excellence with a professional, accountable, and proactive approach What we hope you'll bring to the team
  • Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC)
  • A professional, grounded, and guest-focused demeanour
  • Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Certification from a recognized BC massage therapy program or equivalent (CPLA)
  • Experience with body treatments or wraps is an asset, but not required
  • Hours and schedule
  • Full-time scheduling with shifts available between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm
  • Availability required for evening shifts and weekends
  • Flexible scheduling available from Monday through Sunday What’s in it for you

Requirements

Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC).
