Full-Time Posting date 17-Aug-2026 A career as a Senior Advisor, Project & Performance Real Estate in the Real Estate Project & Performance team at National Bank means acting as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert who helps strengthen performance, quality, risk management, and operational excellence across the Real Estate sector. This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your expertise in real estate financing, process improvement, risk management, and governance practices.

Your role:

Lead quality, performance, and process improvement initiatives supporting sales and support teams across the Real Estate sector.

Collaborate with business leaders and internal partners to develop tools, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Identify emerging risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support sound risk management and business objectives.

Advise stakeholders and represent the Real Estate sector in strategic discussions with partners such as Product, Operations, Legal, Audit, and Strategy teams.

Maintain policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure they remain current, effective, and aligned with organizational requirements.

Coordinate audit action plans from implementation through completion and monitor progress to ensure commitments are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in real estate financing and commercial lending environments.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and credit risk management principles.
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, risk management, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business units.
  • Experience managing priorities and delivering multiple projects in a complex environment.
