Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort Prepare meals and assist with feeding as required by the client's care plan Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, tidying, and errands Monitor and document changes in client health, behaviour, or condition and report to supervisors Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Administer medication reminders in accordance with the care plan
