08/17/2026 FTE: 0.20 Anticipated Shift: Days;Evenings;Weekends Work Arrangement: In Person Daily Hours Worked: 8.00 Annual Base Hours: 2015 Salary: $44.621, $46.124, $47.697, $49.229, $50.651, $52.202, $53.805, $54.881 Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Position Overview Under the general direction of the Manager - Crisis Response Services and Clinical Team Leaders, and in collaboration with the CRC/Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinical Team, the incumbent is responsible for providing clinical services to individuals in a mental health, psychosocial or addiction crisis.

The Employer may use this posting to establish an eligibility list. Such lists may be maintained for a period of time not exceeding six (6) months. Experience

Four years related community experience. Expertise in the area of mental health and addictions.

Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

RN/BN or RPN/BRPN required.

Addiction related training such as The Core Addictions Practices certificate or equivalent education and training experience in substance use/dependency is an asset.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Suicide Assessment and Intervention Training.

Trauma Informed Care Training.

Completion of MICST (Manitoba Indigenous Cultural Safety Training).

Certification/Licensure/Registration

Responsible for maintaining and providing proof of active registration with the appropriate registering body. Valid driver’s license and vehicle preferred.

Qualifications: and Skills

Knowledge of Crisis Intervention Theory.

Effective Crisis Intervention Skills.

Knowledge and understanding of psychosocial rehab and recovery.

Knowledge and experience in working with people with substance related concerns.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

Effective networking and agency relations skills.
