Ce poste est une excellente chance de vous épanouir professionnellement dans un environnement francophone et chaleureux qui encourage l’autonomie, la créativité et l’innovation. RESPONSABILITÉS Sous la supervision générale du gestionnaire des soins de santé primaires et en tant que membre d’une équipe interdisciplinaire, la personne choisie est chargée de :

ordonner des tests de dépistage et de diagnostic appropriés et interpréter les résultats des tests. déterminer et prescrire des traitements selon une pratique fondée sur l’expérience clinique. documenter les soins cliniques de manière juste et pertinente. appliquer les principes de la pharmacologie en choisissant et en prescrivant des médicaments. coordonner et faciliter les soins en assurant la liaison avec d’autres fournisseurs de soins de santé, organismes et ressources communautaires. offrir du counseling et de l’éducation aux clients et leur famille. participer au perfectionnement professionnel des infirmières et infirmiers et des autres professionnels de la santé et superviser les activités des étudiants stagiaires en sciences infirmières.

Exigences

Maîtrise en sciences infirmières, diplôme du programme de formation des infirmières praticiennes ou scolarité équivalente approuvée par l’Ordre des infirmières et des infirmiers du Manitoba (Catégorie de pratique : IP famille/tous âges).

Excellente connaissance du français et de l’anglais parlés et écrits.

Connaissance avancée des soins infirmiers liés à l’évaluation, aux diagnostics, à la pharmacothérapie, aux procédures de chirurgie mineure et aux procédures invasives.

Expérience dans différents secteurs et de liaison entre programmes/organismes, un atout.

Capacité de travail dans un environnement informatique.

Formation en réanimation cardio-pulmonaire (RCP) pour la famille et les amis.

This position provides excellent professional development opportunities in a welcoming francophone environment that promotes self-reliance, creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Primary Care and as a member of an interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate is responsible for:

  • Ordering appropriate screening and diagnostic tests and interpreting test results.
  • Determining and prescribing treatments based on evidence-informed practice.
  • Documenting clinical care accurately and appropriately.
  • Applying pharmacology principles when selecting and prescribing drugs.
  • Coordinating and facilitating care by liaising with other health care providers, organizations and community resources.
  • Providing counselling and education services to clients and their families.
  • Participating in the professional development of nurses and other health professionals and supervising the activities of nursing student interns.

Requirements

  • Master of Nursing Degree, Nurse Practitioner Program Degree or equivalent educational qualifications as approved by the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (Category of practice: NP family / all ages).
  • Have an excellent knowledge of French and English, both oral and written.
  • Advanced nursing care knowledge related to health assessment, diagnostic, pharmacotherapeutics, invasive and minor surgical procedures.
  • Experience working across sectors and linking between programs/organizations considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment.
  • Cardiopulmonary (CPR) training for family and friends.
