The Physical Therapist is responsible for screening, evaluating, and re-evaluating patients to develop and revise individualized plans of care. They also oversee discharge planning and provide supervision for Physical Therapy Assistants.
Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program. Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
