The Direct Support Professional assists individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives to ensure they can live fully within their community. Responsibilities include supporting personal growth, skill development, and maintaining professional relationships with emergency services and healthcare providers.

Schedule will be provided; 2 weeks' notice of a 4-week schedule. 2-week schedule will change month to month. (combination of days, evenings, weekends and NIGHT Sleep)
Hours per week will range from 16 to 34.
Full G license and personal automobile insurance required.
Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
