About the role

Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives to ensure they can live fully within their communities. They support clients in learning new skills for personal growth while respecting their rights to direct their own lives.

Permanent Part-time - 24 hrs per week. Shifts are 8 hours in length with a mix of day, evening and alternating weekends. The pay range for this position is 24.20-28.31. Applications must be received by August 14, 2026.

Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
