The Registered Practical Nurse will provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, physicians' orders, and administrative policies. They are responsible for assessing residents, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring changes in health conditions.

The RPN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice daily in keeping with the standards and expectations set out by governing bodies and internal policies and standards of care. What you’ll be doing Ensure care is provided with established nursing standards and principles, physicians’ orders and administrative policies, as well as, observe, report and record vital signs, symptoms and conditions of residents / patients.
Assure observance of required techniques in nursing care Assist in assessing patients/residents and develop, implement, review and evaluate care plans.
