  • Full-Time Technician Assistant City Centre Animal Hospital is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Technician Assistant (TA) to join our growing team! We’re looking for someone who is passionate about animal care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is available to work both evenings and weekends. Wage is flexible and will be based on experience and qualifications. Our TAs play a huge role in keeping the hospital running smoothly and supporting both our RVTs and DVMs throughout the day. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys being part of a team. What you’ll be doing:
  • Assisting RVTs and DVMs with patient care and hospital procedures
  • Preparing and cleaning treatment, surgery, and exam areas
  • Safely handling and restraining patients
  • Assisting with surgical preparation, cleaning, and recovery
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hospital
  • Restocking supplies and helping maintain inventory
  • Completing daily hospital tasks and ensuring the clinic is ready for the next shift
  • Providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients

  • Has previous veterinary experience or a strong interest in pursuing a career in veterinary medicine
  • Is comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities
