You will provide client-centred psychiatric and general nursing care to older individuals within an inter-professional team. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing care plans, and managing disturbed behavior in a clinical setting.
You will provide client-centred psychiatric and general nursing care and ensure the security, the safety and the CNO standards of nursing practice are maintained. As a casual Registered Practical Nurse, you will collaborate with the primary nurse to perform assessments, develop, implement and evaluate the interdisciplinary plan of client care for clients with mental health and addiction issues.
