Administer medications, initiate IVs, manage continuous monitoring, and coordinate seamlessly with interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain strict compliance with unit protocols and complete real-time clinical documentation in [EMR System, e.g., Epic / Cerner]. Basic Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2+ years of recent acute care experience in Med Surg; strong ER or progressive care background strongly preferred. Travel Experience: Prior travel nursing experience preferred (fast adaptors with strong clinical judgment welcome).
