Position Overview We are seeking an adaptable, highly skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. The primary schedule will be Night Shifts (12 hours), with the flexibility to cover a Day Shift on occasion based on unit needs. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with facility protocols and standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications/treatments. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams across shifts to ensure seamless care transitions. Maintain clear, accurate, and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, primarily working nights with occasional day shift coverage as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital RN experience (travel nursing experience highly preferred).
Active RN license in good standing (Compact/Multi-State license preferred).
Active BLS (AHA certified required). Active ACLS (AHA certified).
Willingness to work predominantly nights with the ability to rotate to a day shift occasionally.
Strong clinical judgment, quick adaptability to new EMR systems and unit cultures, and excellent communication skills.
