The Registered Nurse will conduct scheduled home visits to assess and care for patients of all ages with varying needs. Key duties include executing care plans, maintaining professional patient records, and building trust-based relationships to help patients remain comfortable at home.

In this community nursing role, as a General Visiting Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled visits to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

Candidates must be Registered Nurses in good standing with the CNO, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a vehicle. Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to provide on-call coverage and travel to patient residences are required.
