The Housing Specialist manages housing stability needs for program participants and ensures the integrity of housing programs. Key duties include verifying eligibility for funding, conducting housing inspections, and coordinating with agencies to maintain housing stability.

The Housing Specialist supports the Housing Assistance Department (HAD) by collaboratively addressing the housing stability needs of program participants and ensuring housing program integrity. \n
Additional Requirement Valid driver’s license required. This requirement may be waived, if necessary, based on overall candidate experience and current needs of the business and/or role.

A bachelor's degree in a social service field is preferred, or 4+ years of experience in human or homeless services. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
