Closing Date

July 4th, 2025 What we need: In this role, you will utilize your strong clinical skills in the application and removal of casting materials, conducting cast checks, limb monitoring, and the maintenance and application of traction equipment. In addition, you will actively be involved with patient teaching and you will maintain the fracture rooms within the program. What you bring: Completion of Orthopaedic Technician Program Certification with the Canadian Society of Orthopaedic Technologists Completion of an Aseptic Procedures Course is preferred Experience dressing applications is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well independently and as a member of the team Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required Work Schedule: 7AM - 3PM, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM; 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Please note schedules may change due to operational needs.

Compensation

• Range: $30.49 - $35.15
