The Role Veterinary Assistants are the primary support for the entire hospital team. Every department relies on this role to help deliver exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. You will:
Assist with patient care and treatments.
Monitor hospitalized and post-surgical patients.
Safely restrain animals for procedures (blood draws, nail trims, exams).
Assist with diagnostics (radiographs, lab samples, bloodwork).
Maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment.
Clean and disinfect kennels and treatment areas.
Administer medications under veterinarian/RVT supervision.
Provide comfort and care to patients. What We’re Looking For
