Provide essential support to patients in their homes by assisting with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene. Responsibilities also include preparing nutritious meals and performing basic housekeeping to improve patient quality of life.
As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) you will be an integral part of the home and community care team. You will support, encourage and provide independence for patients in their homes and community settings by assisting with activities of daily living.
