About the role

Provide client-centered psychiatric and general nursing care as part of a community-based interprofessional team. Ensure safe adherence to CNO standards of nursing practice within the Downtown Central FACT team.

The Clinical Care Program is currently seeking a full-time, temporary (until March 5, 2027) Registered Nurse to work on the Downtown Central Flexible Assertive Community team (FACT). As members of a community-based interprofessional team, you will provide client-centered psychiatric and general nursing care, and ensure secure and safe adherence to CNO standards of nursing practice.

Requirements

Must be a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario with a current B.C.L.S. certificate and two years of nursing experience. A Bachelor's degree and CAN certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing are preferred.
