Under direction of the residential coordinator, this is a housing first program, support for a diverse group of individuals with barriers who have experienced chronic homelessness. As the caseworker, you will be responsible for leading the program design and implementation, working closely with your clients, setting goals and assisting them to achieve them, providing unit care and other supports necessary for their success.
