Market context

On-call navigators are often needed

In Ontario, on-call patient navigator roles are typically driven by healthcare organizations that need flexible support for patients moving through care. These roles can be competitive because employers often prefer candidates with healthcare experience, bilingual English-Spanish skills, and a valid driver’s license, though experience may sometimes offset the license requirement. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm whether your background matches the preferred experience and language needs before applying.
