TELUS Health Workplace Support Program offers the industry's earliest intervention into employee mental health and addictions issues that require a solution beyond short-term EAP support or as part of a disability case management treatment plan.

The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support an individual's return to healthy productivity.

These clinical interventions address issues requiring longer-term, more specialized or more intensive levels of care in order to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence and disability.

In accordance with the TELUS Health Solutions Data Center Security Policy, as a condition of employment, all team members whose job functions require they work at a Data Center and/or have access to detailed knowledge of technology related to client service delivery, are subject to a Personnel Security Screening conducted through the Government of Canada.
