Join a team of 150 EAP counsellors in Quebec who grow in a unique work environment, where their clinical skills are trusted, allowing them to develop a practice that reflects their own style.

What You'll Do You’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients’ lives, providing short-term counselling when they need support most.

Our technology tools will enable you to reduce your administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: fostering meaningful human connections.

You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base.

You will rely on the generosity of your team and benefit from peer group expertise and online training to deliver the best service.

How You Will Make an Impact: Adapting your interventions to fit your personal style, you will provide short-term counselling to a varied client base with diverse issues; You will efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note-taking; You will participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.

What you bring: The ideal candidate is comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions.

They are proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues.

You hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field; You are a registered member in good standing with the OPQ or OPSQ; You have at least two years of clinical experience; You can set short-term goals and use a solution-focused approach; You are empathetic and able to manage crisis or high-risk situations; You have strong time management skills and can manage a high volume of clients; Proficiency in French required, bilingualism is an asset.

Requirements

Requires a master's or doctoral degree in mental health and active registration with the OPQ or OPSQ. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience and proficiency in French.
