We're hiring an Associate Dentist for Alton Dental! (Friday & Sunday) Alton Dental, a proud member of the Anytime Dental Group in partnership with Passion Dental Group, is looking for a passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. We're currently seeking a clinician who is available to work Fridays and Sundays, with the opportunity to expand into additional days as our patient demand continues to grow. Position Details

Position: Associate Dentist Job Type: Part-Time Contractor Primary Schedule: Fridays and Sundays Growth Opportunity: Additional clinical days may become available as the practice continues to grow.

Compensation

  • This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for associates providing professional services to our practice. Engagement and compensation are governed by an executed independent contractor agreement. This is not an employee role. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver high-quality restorative, preventative, and general dental care for patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions using evidence-based clinical practices. Administer local anesthesia and perform procedures including restorative dentistry, extractions, endodontics, and other general dental treatments. Provide cosmetic and orthodontic treatment where applicable. Experience with Invisalign or SureSmile is considered an asset. Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care to support long-term wellness. Collaborate closely with an experienced team of hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative professionals to provide an outstanding patient experience. Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation. What You'll Bring Registration and licensure in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO). A passion for providing exceptional patient care and building long-term patient relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent clinical judgment with a commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry. The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced practice environment. North American clinical experience is considered an asset, but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
