What You'll Be Doing As a Dental Hygienist, you'll be at the center of preventative care and patient education.
Your responsibilities will include: Performing a full range of clinical hygiene services—scaling, root planing, polishing, and topical fluoride application—with precision and care Assessing and case typing patients in line with clinical protocols to build personalized care plans Acting as an oral health educator, guiding patients toward healthy habits and long-term prevention Building strong, trusting patient relationships through every interaction Creating a tailored experience for each patient based on their unique needs, expectations, and goals Collaborating with the front office and clinical team to keep patient flow running smoothly You'll be the person who brings clinical skill, warmth, and consistency to every patient interaction.
The Role Job Type: Part-time Schedule: Thursdays 8:45am–6pm, Fridays 7:45am–4pm, Saturdays 8:15am–3pm Compensation: $48.00 – $55.00/hour What You Bring Completion of a recognized Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program Good standing with CDHO Malpractice/liability insurance through CDHA or ODHA IPAC certification Strong verbal and written communication skills—you're as good at explaining care as you are at providing it Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, comfortable in a busy schedule A collaborative spirit, equally comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit clinical team Comfort with dental software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)—a bonus!
