About the role

Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy to clients in various settings. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health teams to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.

Job Summary Provide psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy to clients across a range of settings.

Collaborate with health professionals to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and support client well‑being.

Number of Positions 4 Main Duties Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, administer and interpret standardized tests, and formulate diagnostic impressions.

Deliver individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.

Develop, implement, and revise client-centered treatment plans with measurable goals and outcome tracking.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, prepare assessment reports, and manage case records in accordance with professional standards.

Consult and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, make appropriate referrals, and coordinate care with other service providers.

Provide crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and contribute to program development, evaluation, and community outreach activities.

Requirements

Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or a closely related field from an accredited institution. Registration, licensure, or eligibility for registration with the appropriate provincial or territorial regulatory body. Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment, diagnostic formulation, and delivery of evidence-based therapies. Familiarity with standardized psychological tests, assessment instruments, and ethical practice guidelines. Strong written documentation skills and ability to prepare clear clinical reports and case notes. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining client confidentiality and professional boundaries. Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (for example, CBT, DBT) Competence in administering and interpreting psychological tests Excellent written and verbal communication skills Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations
