Market context
Home Care Attendant roles in Manitoba are often in demand because agencies need reliable staff who can support clients in their homes and travel between visits. Competition can be strong for candidates with a Grade 12 education, a Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate, a valid Class 5 driver’s license, and an insured vehicle, since these requirements can narrow the applicant pool.
