Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) program is required.
Proven venipuncture experience (fast-paced healthcare setting is a bonus).
Confidence working with digital lab systems.
Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
Demonstrated knowledge of Indigenous-specific racism and systemic racism impacts on Indigenous Peoples within social and health contexts.
