This transitional care bed program includes 20 transitional care beds and operates out of Anson Place.

Monitor the health status for clients within our transitional program which may include seniors and individuals with disabilities. Provide nursing services within defined scope of practice. Monitor the building to ensure the security and safety of clients, staff and guests; and take appropriate action in an emergency situation.
RPNs must be available for 12 hour shifts
