ASSOCIATE DENTIST – ECKHARDT DENTAL CENTRE Penticton, BC | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | $20,000 Signing Bonus Step Into a Full Patient Base in Beautiful Penticton, BC Eckhardt Dental Centre is looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in the heart of the Okanagan.
This is a great opportunity for a confident clinician to join a practice with a full patient base, a full schedule, and strong demand from the Penticton, Summerland, and Okanagan Falls communities.

Take Over an Established Patient Base This is not a slow-build opportunity.
You'll join an existing, high-demand patient base with strong treatment needs and consistent patient flow.
You will have access to: 2 dedicated chairs Strong patient demand Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern Technology to Support Quality Dentistry Our clinic is equipped with advanced digital technology to support efficient diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, including: CBCT Intraoral scanner 3D printer Digital workflows Implant setup This is an excellent fit for a dentist who enjoys comprehensive care and wants to continue growing clinically.
We prefer candidates with 2+ years of experience, but we are open to speaking with motivated clinicians who are confident managing a busy schedule and interested in long-term growth.

About You: Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements Valid CPR certification All applicants must be domiciled in Canada.
