10 modern operating rooms on the main Beverly campus + 4 additional operating rooms at the nearby Danvers Ambulatory Surgery Center.
Fully integrated Epic EMR across all inpatient and outpatient environments; da Vinci robots, advanced laparoscopy and minimally invasive instrumentation.
Support
Structure: Robust team including dedicated surgical blocks, full-time Surgical Schedulers, specialized OR Billing Coordinators, and experienced Medical Assistants (MA II).
High-volume bread-and-butter general surgery, acute care surgery, and advanced minimally invasive procedures.
Call
Schedule: Equitable, structured rotation covering the Emergency Department and inpatient consults. Designed to maximize predictable time off.
Quality
Mandate: Active participation in network-wide quality improvement panels and local OR Executive Committee initiatives.

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
