The Opportunity Beverly Hospital is seeking a collaborative General Surgeon to join an established, high-volume practice on Massachusetts' beautiful North Shore. • Structure: Robust team including dedicated surgical blocks, full-time Surgical Schedulers, specialized OR Billing Coordinators, and experienced Medical Assistants (MA II).

• Caseload: High-volume bread-and-butter general surgery, acute care surgery, and advanced minimally invasive procedures.

• Mandate: Active participation in network-wide quality improvement panels and local OR Executive Committee initiatives.
• Qualifications
• Education: MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.

Training

Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency.

Status

Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in General Surgery.

• Pay
• Range: $350,000.00 USD - $450,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
