We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team in a private precision preventive medicine and integrative health clinic. The main responsibility of this role is to provide OHIP-insured primary care medical services to all patients enrolled in our Preventive Health Program (PHP) and Vitality & Longevity Program (VLP).
• Postgraduate training in lifestyle medicine, motivational interviewing, and BHRT is encouraged and will be part of professional development.

Must hold a medical degree and a valid license to practice in Ontario with experience in primary care. A strong interest in preventive medicine and familiarity with Accuro EMR and Medeo is preferred.
