The role involves the assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders for patients within the Transitional Care program. The practitioner will work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team to improve patient quality of life.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be a member of the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. Proficiency in French and English is required, and experience with dysphagia and AAC is preferred.
